No burrito happened yesterday. Was at the legislature for too long. Skipped lunch again, had a ham egg and Swiss sandwich with ketchup, minute muffin with PB and some BBQ chips yesterday and that was dinner.
Was at my second job all night and broke 11,000 steps!
Gonna treat myself to a bagel this morning because I have a mid shift at second job 11-6 so there’s really no meal time in there, I don’t like waiting til 2 or 3 to eat lunch.
didnt eat at the meeting last night :) had skinnytaste pizza chicken instead, with a little bit of salad. so proud of myself!
butter coffee this morning after 10 minutes at 5.0 and 15 minutes on the elliptical. feeling a bit burnt out this morning so gave myself a light day.
going out to lunch with a coworker this afternoon for a mexican-pho fusion burrito! so excited, but not going to force myself to finish it.
second job tonight, will be on my feet moving around til 10:30.

dinner- nachos, 3 sliders, glass of wine. didn’t feel stuffed to the gills- it was an “upscale” pubby sort of place, so smaller portions.

Work meeting tonight. Work provides pizza, but instead i brough skinnytaste pizza stuffed chicken and will have some of the salad my work orders.

Win: didn’t eat or drink at the events last night. Went home at 9 and ate ham egg Swiss in a wrap and a minute muffin with PB and banana.
This morning: 28 minutes at 5.0, and for a quick second but my lower back hurt. Looking to find some new exercises that work abs but don’t pressure my lower back so much.
Breakfast: butter coffee
Skipped lunch because I was at the state Capitol for work and I’m honestly not hungry.
Out to dinner, but feeling okay with a beer and some sliders since I skipped lunch.

Did yoga at work for half an hour with my coworkers!
Going to an event tonight that offers free pizza, but won’t be having any.
Anticipating dinner being a small amount of pasta, a few turkey meatballs and some broccoli.
27 minutes at 5.0. 4x arm circuits with 10 pound weights.
My hands are so swollen when I wake up and my period is 6 days late. I’m not worried, I’m more annoyed. I missed a pill in the last month, so I know that’s it, but I’m “gaining” weight and typically when I start eating right and working out, 5-7 pounds comes off really quickly (aka not gaining 2 pounds in 3 weeks like I’ve done so far).
Come ONNNNNN period.
Lunch: skinnytaste bowl, almonds, Apple.
Dinner: chipotle salad. Lettuce, chicken, fajita veggies, pico, corn, and guac. I had 859 calories left over, so I shared some tortilla chips with P. I factored the entire bag into MFP, since I didn’t want to undercount.
Overall satisfied with today.

Dinner last night: spaghetti and turkey meatballs with Caesar salad. Not much but mistakes were made, had a glass of wine and 4 thin mints after. Didn’t need that. Weight at 206.1 today.
Breakfast: ghee + coffee.
Gym: 26 minutes at 5.0, 4 butt circuits (squats, leg raise, fire hydrants, full leg extension, 6 bridges)
Lunch is skinny taste. I neeeeeed my freaking period to come this week. I’m so done being bloated.
Things I’m done with this week: cheese and eating dessert. I need to jumpstart this weight loss or I’m going to keep gaining weight.
Just went to a popular chain consignment shop in my area that specializes in taking name brand clothes only. Wanted to buy a few new work pants or dresses. Tried on 12 things and nothing fit.
My stomach looked huge and flabby and I felt gross standing in the light of the dressing room like that. I really, really really REALLY want my period to come, I’m retaining water and the scale keeps moving up and I feel good but I also look in the mirror and feel awful. Let’s GO period. Hurry it UP.
